| Description: | From guide: The guidelines outlined in this document are designed to assist staff from the Centre for Social Research and Evaluation (CSRE) and researchers contracted by the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) who undertake projects that require input from Mäori. The key objective of the Guidelines is to provide a tool that enhances our ability to carry out effective and appropriate research with Mäori. The Guidelines should not be viewed as the last word on best practice for research with Mäori, but instead as a set of principles and practices informed by past, current and future research and evaluation projects involving Mäori, Mäori communities, organisations, hapü and iwi. |
